沙眼衣原体感染与相关细胞因子的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,Ct)感染可诱导宿主细胞产生大量的细胞因子,细胞因子在炎症反应过程中发挥重要作用,虽然炎症反应可以保护机体,但持续的炎症反应可导致病理变化和组织损伤。细胞因子产生是否平衡直接影响炎症的发展和结局,本文就Ct感染与相关细胞因子作一综述。
