摘要 白介素35(interleukin-35,IL-35)是IL-12家族的新成员,被认为是一种具有潜在治疗前景的新型抗炎因子。目前认为IL-35可能广泛参与了体内的免疫应答过程,不仅在细胞内感染及炎症过程中起着重要的调节作用,而且与自身免疫病和肿瘤等多种临床疾病的发生、发展密切相关,成为细胞因子研究的新热点,为感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤的的生物治疗提供了新思路,必将有着广泛的应用前景。本文将近年来有关IL-35的结构及与疾病关系方面的研究进展做一简要综述。 lnterleukin 35(IL-35), a new IL-12 family cytokine, is composed of IL-12p35 subunit and EBI3 protein of IL-2713 chain. IL-35 is a novel inhibitory cytokines produced by regulatory T ceil. The structure of IL-35 is homology with other IL-12 family member, but its biological function is very unique. IL-35 is regarded as a promising new type of anti-inflammatory treatment factor, by adjusting the balance of Th1/Th17 cells to inhibit immune response. Now, research has shown that IL-35 not only had relationship with intracellular infection and inflammation, but also with many clinical diseases such as tumors autoimmune. IL-35 is likely to become a new cytokine research hotspot, for its role in infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases and tumor biological treatment.
