摘要
目的探讨骨科专科手术室模式能否提高手术效率,缩短手术时间,同时不影响患者手术质量。方法与手术室合作建立骨科专科手术室(实验组),配备固定麻醉师、护士和手术医生,对专科手术室进行的麻醉时间、手术时间及患者周转时间、患者术后并发症等资料进行记录,并与传统手术室(对照组)进行统计学分析比较。结果与对照组相比,总体上实验组的工作效率得到了明显提升,手术总体时间缩短了23 min(P<0.001),同时实验组患者术后并发症发生率较低(P=0.019),发生严重并发症的患者数量更少(P=0.03)。结论专科手术室的应用可以有效提高骨科手术效率,且不影响医疗质量。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of dedicated orthopedic operating rooms on improving efficiency of orthopedic procedures. Methods The use of a dedicated operating room with staff allocated only for orthopedic procedures was compared to the use of a traditional staffing model, the anesthesia controlled time, operative time and turnover time were evaluated. Results The procedure time was 23 min shorter than that of control group （P 〈 0.001 ） ,without increasing any complication（P = 0. 019）. Conclusion Utilizing a dedicated operating room can improve orthopedic procedure efficiency without undermining safety and care of patient.
