从食物中毒防控角度出发,阐述食品中氰化物的背景值、来源、生物代谢及安全标准,为快速应对处置突发性公共安全事件及食品安全风险评估提供参考。
From the perspective of food poisoning prevention and control, this article focused on the background value, source, biological metabolism and safety standard of cyanide in food, and provided references for rapid response of public emergency events and food safety risk assessment.
