If a sort of product achieves success, the supply chain strategy and competitive strategy will match each other. In another word, the philosophy "customer first" given by competitive strategy should be in line with supply chain capability established by supply chain strategy. Take the Xiao Mi as an example, product type will be analyzed to develop the supply strategy and competitive strategy for the marketing of Xiao Mi.
