摘要
山茶属植物具有重要的经济价值。为了获得高质量的山茶属植物叶片基因组总DNA,分别采用改良的CTAB法和改良的SDS法提取山茶属植物叶片中基因组DNA。结果显示,CTAB法提取的DNA产率、纯度均高于SDS法,且杂质少,无明显降解。研究结果表明,改良的CTAB法比SDS法更适合用于山茶属植物叶片基因组总DNA的提取。
The plants of Camellia L. have very important economic values. In order to obtain high quality genomic DNA from leaf tissues of Camellia L., two genomic DNA extraction methods (modified CTAB method and modified SDS method) were compared in this study, respectively. The data showed that DNA yield and purity for modified CTAB method was higher than that for modified SDS method, and the DNA samples for the modified CTAB method has less impurity and degradation. The results of this study indicated that the modified CTAB method is more suitable for genomic DNA extraction than modified SDS method from the leaf tissues of Camellia L.
