摘要
元坝气田是中石化南方海相重点勘探区域,由于气藏埋藏深,地质条件复杂,其钻井难度与风险极高,气田开发面临诸多世界级难题。为提高井控储量与单井产能,气田开发井井型以水平井与大斜度井为主,井身结构经过了四个过程:研究分析—试验应用—优化完善—推广应用,形成了独具特色的含硫超深水平井井身结构优化技术。目前在15口井的应用效果良好,达到了缩短钻井周期,节约钻井成本,加快钻井速度的目的。
Due to the deep gas reservoir burial and compli-cated geological conditions,the drilling difficulty and risk is extremely high in Yuanba gas field. The gas field development faces many problems. In order to improve the per-well production and well control reserves,the horizontal wells and high-inclination well are main well type of gas field development. The design principles and design parameters of hole structure about sour ultra-deep horizontal well in Yuanba gas field were researched and analyzed,and through field application,the hole structure was optimized,and the optimization techniques of hole structure suited for Yuanba gas field were formed. The optimization techniques were used successfully in 15 wells,the drilling cycle was shortened,ROP was enhanced.
