摘要
"十一五"以来,吉林省民办教育有了长足发展,初步形成了从幼儿园到高等教育,从学历教育到各种形式的短期培训,从全日制到业余及半脱产形式的较完整的民办教育格局。但目前吉林省民办教育发展的理论研究、法规建设相对滞后,在很多方面仍处在实践探索阶段,体制、机制、管理等诸多方面仍有很多缺欠,还面临着许多困难、问题。吉林省民办教育应进一步明确发展思路;研究制定扶持民办教育发展的有关政策;积极扶持民办高校提升办学质量;树立典型,打造吉林省民办教育品牌;加强综合治理,促进民办教育依法管理;鼓励全社会关心支持民办教育,促进其健康发展。
Since the ＂llth five-year＂ period, private education in Jilin province has made considerable progress, which initially formed a complete private education pattern from kindergarten to higher education, from short-term training to de- gree education, and from full-time to part-time, but at present, the development of private education in Jilin Province is still in the exploratory stage and faces many difficulties and problems in many aspects of the system, mechanism, man- agement and theoretical research. For this purpose, the private education in Jilin province should further clarify the devel- opment of ideas; the relevant policy research support for private education development; actively support private universi- ties to enhance the quality of education; establish the typical private education, strengthen the comprehensive management, promote administration according to law; encourage the whole society to care and support for private education to promote its healthy development.
