摘要
基于企业需求的新型物流管理专业人才在思想、知识、能力和身心方面提出了新的培养要求。加强"知行合一"的实践能力培养,强化物流管理专业实践教学,是培养满足企业需求的物流管理人才的重要一环。考虑到过去实践教学的不足,有针对性地采取以"顶岗实习,置换培训"为抓手的有效措施,加强物流管理专业实践教学探索,以强化物流管理专业毕业生的实践能力,更好地满足企业的人才需求。
In this paper, in view of the demand of the enterprises, we pointed out the new requirements in the cultivation of the modern logistics management talents in terms of knowledge, competence, body and mind, and proposed correspondingly the effective measures to remedy the shortcoming of the traditional practical teaching of the specialty to boost the practical capacity of the logistics management specialty graduate students.
