摘要
目的探讨酚妥拉明湿敷在治疗新生儿头皮静脉炎的效果。方法采用随机分组方法将180例新生儿头皮静脉炎分为实验组和对照组各90例,实验组新生儿使用酚妥拉明湿敷患处,对照组使用50%硫酸镁湿敷患处,观察两组新生儿头皮静脉炎症状消退情况。结果酚妥拉明湿敷治疗新生儿头皮静脉炎的效果明显优于使用硫酸镁湿敷的效果(p<0.01)。结论酚妥拉明湿敷治疗新生儿头皮静脉效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of phentolamine hydropathic compress in the treatment of the newborns with the phlebitis on the scalp. Methods 180 newborns with phlebitis on the scalp were randomly divided into experimental group（n= 90） and control group（n = 90）. The experience group was treated with phentolamine hydropathic compress on the infected parts,while the control group was treated with 50% magnesium sulfate hydropathic compress. The status of symptoms subsiding on the scalp was observed. Results The phentolamine hydropathic compress had a much better clinical effect than magnesium sulfate hydropathic compress in the treatment of the newborns with the Phlebitis on the scalp（ p 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Phentolamine hydropathic compress has prominent effect for the newborns with the phlebitis on the scalp,and is worth of popularization and application in clinic.
