相对分子质量调节剂在PP熔体微分静电纺丝中的纤维细化作用 被引量:3

摘要 利用自制熔体微分静电纺丝装置,添加相对分子质量调节剂CR76,进行聚丙烯(PP)熔体微分静电纺丝,讨论了CR76含量及纺丝温度对PP熔体黏度及纤维直径的影响.结果表明:在200 ~ 280℃加工温度下,添加质量分数2% ~ 10% CR76的PP熔体黏度降低到纯PP的25%以下;提高CR76含量与纺丝温度有助于PP纤维直径细化;添加质量分数10% CR76,纺丝温度280℃,制备的PP纤维直径大都小于lμm,平均直径可达970 nm. Polypropylene (PP) melt was electrospun into fibers by adding relative molecular weight regulator CR76 on a self- made melt differential electrospinning unit. The effects of CR76 content and spinning temperature on PP melt viscosity and fiber diameter were discussed. The result showed that PP melt viscosity was decreased to less than 25% of the viscosity of pure PP as the addition of CR76 was 2% - 10% by mass fraction and the spinning temperature was 200 - 280 ℃ ; the increase of CR76 con- tent and spinning temperature helped the thinning of PP fiber; the produced PP fiber had the diameter generally below 1 p,m and the average diameter of 970 nm as the mass fraction of CR76 was 10% and the spinning temperature was 280 ℃.
