摘要
资源配置优化是业务过程管理的一个重要内容和目标,可以有效地提高业务过程的执行效率.采用基于数学模型的数值化分析优化方法,研究了资源与活动之间多对多关系下面向成本的业务过程资源配置优化问题.基于集合理论建立了面向成本和资源配置分析优化的业务过程模型,提出了在确保业务过程稳定执行(或达到一定处理能力)条件下的面向成本最小化的资源数量配置和任务分配数学模型,采用分枝定界联合启发式方法设计了快速有效的求解算法.案例研究表明提出的资源配置优化方法是可行的和有效的.
As an important issue for business process management, the optimal resource allocation can effectively improve the efficiency of the implementation of business processes. Cost-oriented resource M- location optimization of the business processes with many-to-many relationship between resources andactivities is addressed using numerical analysis and optimization approaches based on mathenlatical models. First, a formal business process model for cost and resource allocation is presented based on set theory. Then, the mathematic model of the mumber of resources allocated and its task assignment is proposed and solved by jointing the branch and bound method and the heuristic method. Finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified using the numerical cases.
