摘要
创业成功以及衡量创业成功与否的标准是创业研究的关键问题之一,该问题逐渐进入学术研究的视野,并引起创业领域研究学者和商界人士的激烈争论。本文在梳理文献的基础上,区分了创业者成功与新创企业成功及新创企业失败与创业失败,提炼了创业成功的创业经济回报、创业者心理成功和社会影响力的三元标准论,归纳了创业成功标准的主客观测量工具,并在评述现有研究不足的基础上展望了该领域的未来研究方向,以供创业领域研究学者参考。
The definition and measurement criteria of entrepreneurial success are the key issue of entrepreneurship research, which is covered gradually by academic research and has caused intense de- bate from entrepreneurship scholars and practitioners for a long time. Based on a literature review, this paper distinguishes between entrepreneur success and entrepreneurial start-ups' success as well as between entrepreneurial start-ups' failure and entrepreneurship failure. It refines ternary standard view of entrepreneurial success, namely entrepreneurship economic returns, psychological success of entrepreneurs and social influences, and also concludes the objective and subjective instruments to measure entrepreneurial success criteria. Then based on a review of current research shortcomings, it prospects future research directions to provide reference for the scholars in entrepreneurship field.
