摘要
MBA课程内容应符合学生要求,适应企业实际。以人力资源管理课程为例,其主要教学对象是企业的非人力资源管理者。调查发现,这些学生人力资源管理意识很强,求知欲很强,其学习产生了显著的培训迁移效果。但作为非人力资源经理的MBA学生只介入企业一些基本的人力资源管理活动;在"软"的人力资源管理如企业文化、劳动关系、员工道德建设方面较弱。这些"软"的人力资源管理恰好是企业可持续发展的重要策略;而且MBA学生也表现出对这些内容很强的学习意向。因此,MBA的人力资源管理课程模块需要加强这方面的教学。
MBA courses should satisfy the needs of both the learners and the employers. Take Human Resource( HR) Management module of MBA program for example,most of the students taking this course are Non-HR professionals,but very willing to learn something about fundamentals of human resource management for use in their day-to-day roles. However,as Non-HR professionals,these MBA students get involved only in some basic HR activities,and they know even less about soft HR management concerning enterprise culture,labor relations and employee ethics,etc( they are eager to learn more about this topic,though). As soft HR management is an important strategy to guard against financial crisis and ensure sustainable development of the company,it is quite necessary to include this topic in HR management module of MBA program.
