摘要
本设计基于PLC的带式输送机的手动控制和自动控制,并使用变频启动和Y-△启动实现电动机的启动,防止电动机在启动过程中的过流与过压造成的损害。研究输送带运输过程中的各种故障如撕裂、烟雾、打滑等,通过检测各种故障因素实现对输送带系统的保护并通过上位机组态软件MCGS对系统进行监控画面的组态设计,最终完成PLC的输送带运输监控系统。
This thesis focuses on the conveyor belt and monitoring system design, research the PLC manual control and automatic control of the conveyor belt, and start the electric motor by using frequency conversion and Y-△ star, to prevent the motor damage during startup in over-voltage and over-current. Research various failures during belt transport such as tearing, smoke, skid, etc. By detect a variety of factors to achieve fault belt system protection and through configuration software MCGS to configure the system. Then to complete the PLC conveyor belt monitoring system.
