摘要
提升机是矿井生产中所使用到的关键设备之一,保证提升设备的可靠性和安全性,对矿井的生产及安全起着重要的作用。介绍了一种基于组态平台的B/S和C/S的提升机远程监测模式,采用故障树对矿井提升机电控系统进行故障分析,利用组态软件的实时数据库和DDE功能,通过ACCESS数据库和VB开发实时故障诊断程序,从而对矿井提升机数据进行实时监测与故障诊断。
Hoist is one of the key equipment which is used in mine production, to ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment and plays an important role in safety production. Introduces a kind of configuration software B/S and C/S elevator remote monitoring model based on fault tree, used for fault analysis of electric control system of mine hoist, the use of real-time database and DDE configuration software, through the ACCESS database and VB development of real-time fault diagnosis procedure,thus can real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis the mine hoist data.
