摘要
阐述了综采三机的选型原则及其理配套的关键技术,分析了综采一次性采全高在A矿的适用性。实践表明:一次性采全高的地质条件适用性强、安全性好、可靠性高,提高了综采面的单产、提高了资源采出率,实现了高产高效,可在中厚煤层推广。
The paper introduces selection principles and their matched key technologies for three-machine of fully-mechanized mining: shearer, scraper c onveyor, and hydraulic support and analyzes the feasibility of fully-mechanized one-time whole-height mining in Mine A. The practice shows that the mining technology, with adaptability for geological condition, security, and reliability, has increased the yield per unit of the fully-mechanized mining face, has improved mining rate of resources, and has realized efficient production, which could be popularized in medium-thick seams.
