食管原发性未分化多形性肉瘤1例 被引量：7

摘要 患者女性，60岁，因无明显诱因反复出现吞咽梗阻感4年余，进食固体食物梗阻感加重入院。患者既往体健。胃镜检查示：食管黏膜光滑，距门齿30～35cm见2．5cm黏膜隆起，表面覆白苔，基底宽，质地韧，易出血。钡餐造影透视显示食管下段（第10～11胸椎水平）见一长44mm充盈缺损，
