综合预防性护理干预对预防神经内科医院感染的影响研究 被引量:18

Study of effect of comprehensive preventive care intervention for the prevention of hospital infections in neurology department

摘要 目的观察预防性综合护理干预对神经内科医院感染的影响,为减少医院感染提出解决方法。方法选取95例神经内科住院患者,随机分为对照组47例和观察组48例;对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用预防性的综合护理方法,比较两组患者的医院感染情况,数据采用SPSS15.0软件进行分析。结果对照组出现医院感染的患者有11例,医院感染率23.40%,观察组医院感染4例,医院感染率8.34%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组呼吸系统感染6例、消化系统感染3例、泌尿系统感染4例、其他部位感染1例;观察组呼吸系统感染2例、消化系统感染1例、泌尿系统感染1例,两组患者各部位感染比较差异无统计学意义。结论预防性综合护理干预可减少神经内科的医院感染率。 OBJECTIVE To observe effect of preventive comprehensive nursing intervention on hospital infections in neurology department,and propose solutions for reducing hospital infections.METHODS Totally 95 inpatients in the neurology department were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group(47cases)and the observation group(48cases).The control group used the conventional nursing method,while the observation group used a preventive and integrated nursing method.Hospital infection was compared between the two groups.Data were analyzed with SPSS 15.0software.RESULTS There were 11 patients with hospital infections in the control group,the hospital infection rate was 23.40%;in contrast,in the observation group,the number of hospital infection was significantly less,only 4cases,the hospital infection rate was 8.34%,there were significant differences(P0.05).In the control group,there were 6patients of respiratory infections,3cases of digestive system infections,4cases of urinary tract infections,1case of infection in other sites.In the observation group,there were 2cases of respiratory system infections,1cases of digestive system infection,1case of urinary system infection,there was no significant difference in infection sites between the two groups.CONCLUSION Comprehensive preventive nursing intervention can reduce hospital infection rates in the neurology department.
