摘要
目的了解计划、实施、检查、处理(PDCA)循环系统在门诊青光眼患者健康教育实施中的效果。方法将150例青光眼患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组75例,对照组采用常规的门诊健康教育,实验组运用PDCA循环系统对门诊青光眼患者实施健康教育管理;6个月后通过调查问卷,了解健康教育内容掌握情况,并对2组的临床效果进行比较。结果青光眼相关知识掌握或部分掌握者的比例实验组为96.0%,对照组为76.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的视力、眼压、遵医行为、用眼卫生等明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环系统实施健康教育,有利于青光眼患者的治疗、护理及控制疾病的进展。
Objective To investigate the effect of plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle system on the health education of glaucoma patients. Method 150 cases of glaucoma patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 75 cases in each. The control group were given conventional outpatient health education and the experimental group were given PDCA cycle system for management and health education of pa- tients with glaucoma. After six months, the two groups were received questionnaire to survey their mastery of health education contents and clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of mastering or partly mastering glaucoma related knowledge in the experimental group was 96.0%, that of the control group was 76.0 % and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Eyesight, intraocular pressure, compliance behavior and eye health in patients of the experimental group were better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle system in health education is beneficial to treat, care and control the disease of glaucoma in patients.
