摘要 目的观察血清降钙素原、尿液肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)的变化及对脓毒血症合并急性肾损伤(AKI)早期诊断的意义。方法将我院儿科重症监护病房(PICU)收治的54例确诊为脓毒血症的患儿,根据AKI的诊断标准,将患儿分为AKI组30例,非AKI组24例;收集24例健康对照儿,分别测定三组的血清降钙素原、尿液KIM-1。结果对照组、非AKI组、AKI组患儿血清降钙素原、尿液肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)水平总体上有显著性差异。结论血清降钙素原、尿KIM-1可作为小儿脓毒血症合并急性贤损伤的早期诊断标志物。 Objective To observe the changes of serum procalcitonin and KIM-1 and their significance for early diagnosis of sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury (AKI). Methods A total of 54 children patients with sepsis who were admitted to PICU in the department of pediatrics in our hospital were allocated to AKI group with 30 patients and non-AKI group with 24 patients according to the diagnostic criterion of AKI; 24 healthy children were selected as a control group. Serum procalcitonin and urine KIM-I were measured in the three groups. Results Levels of serum procalcitonin and urine KIM-1 in patients among the healthy group, non-AKI group and AKI group showed significant differences. Conclusion Serum procalcitonin and urine KIM-1 can be used as early diagnostic markers for children sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury.
