摘要
本文系统研究了壁厚对拉伸曲线形态、拉伸强度以及断裂特性的影响。在所测试温度范围内,壁厚对拉伸曲线形态、拉伸强度和断裂特性都有明显的影响;相对而言,760℃拉伸性能薄壁效应更加明显,但壁厚和拉伸塑性间没有明显的函数关系。在760℃标准试样断口表面存在多个滑移系同时启动产生的波纹状滑移特征;而不同壁厚试样尽管也表现出滑移开裂特征,但滑移系单一。在900℃标准试样断口表面存在大量等轴韧窝,表现出延性断裂的特征;而不同壁厚试样的断口表现出混合断裂特征。
Influence of thin wall on tensile curves, tensile properties and the fracture character of DD499 single crystal superalloy were investigated in this paper. In the test temperature range, the thickness wall has significant effect on tensile curves, tensile strength and fracture character. Comparatively, tensile properties at 760 ℃ display greater thin wall effect. There is an ambiguous function relationship between thickness and tensile ductility. At 760 ℃, slip crack is the common fracture character of the specimen for different thickness and standard one. But the standard specimen exhibits start-up of multiple slip systems and the specimen with different thickness only operates single slip system. At 900℃, the standard one shows ductile crack with lots of equiaxial dimples, the fracture surface with different thickness represents mixed failure character.
