摘要
设计了一款基于位置补偿原理的适用于中小企业的熔模精密铸造用定点倾转式半自动浇注工作台。在工作转盘、间歇转动机构、齿轮式定点倾转浇注机等机构的协同下完成浇注。较好地解决了小型倾转式浇注机平稳性差和控制程度低等问题,有效地降低工作强度,确保工作人员的安全。
A semi-automatic fixed-point rotated pouring workbench which was based on the principle of position compensation for the purpose of applying to small or medium enterprises for precision casting was designed. The pouring can be finished well with the cooperative working of pouring workbench, intermittent transmission mechanism and gear-type fixed-point rotated pouring device. It can resolve the problem of weak balance during pouring process and low automatic control ability of pouring device. It also can effectively reduce the working intensity, and ensure the safetv of the staff.
