摘要
利用电磁场分析软件Ansoft Maxwell建立了柴油机电控单体泵高速电磁阀的数值仿真模型,通过与试验数据对比,得出电磁阀关闭响应时间最大误差为2%,开启响应时间最大误差为8.7%,验证了该仿真模型的准确性。应用此仿真模型分析了残余气隙、最大升程、运动件质量、弹簧刚度和弹簧预紧力等参数对高速电磁阀动态响应特性的影响,得出残余气隙、最大升程、弹簧预紧力是主要影响因素,对关闭响应时间影响分别在0.2 ms、0.36 ms、0.18 ms左右,开启响应时间影响分别在0.08 ms、0.16 ms、0.11 ms左右。
A numerical simulation model of high-speed solenoid valve for diesel engine electron- controlled unit pump was established using Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic field analysis software and verified by comparison with experiments. It is concluded that the maximum closing response time error is 2 % and the maximum opening response time error is 8. 7%. Influences of parameters such as residual air gap, maximum lift, moving part mass, spring stiffness and spring pre-tightening force on dynamic response characteristics of high-speed solenoid valve are analyzed using the simulation model, it is achieved, among them residual air gap,maximum lift and spring pre-tightening force have the main influence and their delay times are 0.2 ms,0.36 ms and 0.18 ms or so for closing response,and 0. 08ms,0.16 ms and 0.11 ms or so for opening response respectively.
