摘要
综述近年来有关香蕉皮功能性成分研究的进展,包括香蕉皮中已发现的功能组分:糖类物质、多酚类物质及其它功能性成分的研究进展及利用现状。收集、总结并分析已有研究不仅可以丰富香蕉及香蕉皮天然功能材料的数据库,也可以对香蕉皮功能性成分的深入研究及充分利用提供参考。
The research progress of the functional components of banana peel in recent years was reviewed. Including the research development and utilization situation of the functional components such as Carbohydrates , polyphenols and other functional ingredients. That collection, summarize and analyze of the existing research not only can enrich the database of banana and natural functional materials of banana peel , it also can provide reference for further rational development and utilization of the functional components of banana peel.
