摘要
肽类激素松弛素是一个相对分子质量为6×103的小分子多肽。松弛素有潜在的抗纤维化作用,其不仅抑制胶原合成、沉积,成纤维细胞活化、增殖、分化以及上皮/内皮细胞间质转化,还可增强胶原纤维降解,且在各种心脏疾病和肾脏疾病模型实验中得到了充分的证明。该文就松弛素抗心脏纤维化和肾脏纤维化的作用机制予以综述。
The peptide hormone relaxin is a small polypeptide with a relative molecular mass of only 6 ×10^3. Relaxin has potential effect on anti-fibrosis through inhibiting extracellular matrix synthesis and deposit, fibroblast cell differentiation and epithelium-mesenchymal transformation and promoting collagen degrada- tion, which has been proved in many experimental models of heart diseases and kidney diseases. Here is to make a review of the research advances in the function mechanisms of relaxin in anti-fibrosis in the heart and kidney.
