摘要
沈阳惠生新城公租房项目1-30号楼采用装配式剪力墙结构,为目前国内采用装配整体式剪力墙体系工程量较大的项目之一,其预制构件设计、生产、运输、安装、验收等较困难。结合该项目,介绍了装配整体式结构拆分设计、构件生产、选用及安装质量控制要点。
Prefabricated shear wall structure is adopted in Shenyang Huisheng New City project which is the prefabricated shear wall structures with large amount of engineering quantity in China. So the design,production,transportation,installation and acceptance of its prefabricated members are difficult. Based on the project,the keys for split design of prefabricated structure,member production,selection and installation quality control are introduced.
