摘要
以甲酸做溶剂,采用溶液共混法制备高岭土/尼龙66复合材料,对其进行XRD,FTIR,DSC表征。结果表明:高岭土对尼龙66结晶的晶型没有影响,但高岭土与尼龙66间存在化学键作用。随着高岭土的增加,复合材料的结晶度先增大后减小,当高岭土含量为4%时,复合材料结晶度达到最高为45.64%。
With formic acid as solvent , the solution mixing was used to fabricate a series of kaolin/nylon66 composites.The composites were characterized by XRD , FTIR and DSC.The results demonstrated that kaolin had no effect on the crystal form of crystallization of nylon 66 , but chemical bonds existed in the compound material between kaolin and nylon 66.The crystallization degree of the kaolin/nylon66 composites increased first and then reduced with kaolin increased.When the content of kaolin reached 4%, the crystallization degree of the kaolin/nylon66 composites was the biggest of 45.64%.
