摘要
研究了过硫酸铵分光光度法测定废水中锰时氯离子干扰的消除方法。结果表明:采用添加硝酸银的方法可消除氯离子的干扰;在氯离子质量为50mg的待测水样中,加入1.0g固体硝酸银,可有效消除氯离子的干扰;样品加标回收率为98.8%~101.7%,相对标准偏差为0.51%。
Elimination method of chloride ion interference in determination of manganese in effluent by ammonium persulfate spectrophotometry was investigated. Experimental results show that chloride ion interference can be eliminated by addition solid silver nitrate. The chloride ion interference can be effectively eliminated by addition of 1.0 g solid silver nitrate into the effluent containing 50 mg chloride ion. The recovery rate is 98.8%-102%, and the relative standard deviation is 0.63%.
