摘要
目的测试三叉形股骨膨胀式空心加压螺钉在治疗股骨颈骨折的抗旋出性能,评价其内固定稳定性。方法选用新鲜猪股骨标本12个制成标准股骨颈基底部骨折模型,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予AO空心加压螺钉固定,实验组给予自制膨胀式空心加压螺钉固定。分别测试并记录各组最大旋扭力矩及旋出180°时的能量吸收值。结果三叉形股骨膨胀式空心加压螺钉及AO空心加压螺钉的最大旋出力矩分别为(3.23±0.68)Nm和(1.98±0.32)Nm;能量吸收值分别为(7.63±1.58)J和(2.89±1.03)J。结论三叉形股骨膨胀式空心加压螺钉的最大旋出力矩及能量吸收值明显大于AO空心加压螺钉,具有更好地抗旋出性能和固定稳定性。
Objective To test the trident femur expansive cannulated screws in treatment of femoral neck fracture resistance to spin out performance evaluation of its fixed stability.Methods 12 fresh porcine femoral specimens made into standard femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control and experimental groups.Control group was given AO cannulated screw fixation and the experimental group were given homemade expansive cannulated screws.The maximum torque and spin out at 180 ° energy absorption values were observed.Results Trident expansive cannulated femoral AO cannulated screw and unscrew the screw torque max were (3.23±-0.68) Nm and (1.98±0.32) Nm.The energy absorption values were (7.63±1.58) J,(2.89± 1.03) J.Conclusion Trident expansive cannulated femoral screw torque and maximum spin out of energy absorption is significantly greater than AO cannulated screws with better fixation stability.
