摘要
研究了一种以高纯氧化铈为原料制备高纯金属铈的新工艺,采用钙热还原-真空熔炼-悬浮区熔-电迁移联合法制备提纯,得到了相对纯度为Ce/TREM≥99.99%、绝对纯度为99.961%的高纯金属铈。本工艺可用于高纯稀土金属试剂的制备。
A new process was studied for the preparation of high-purity metal cerium with high-purity CeO2 as the raw material. The process of calcium-thermal reduction, vacuum melting,floating zone melting and solid-state electric migration is applied for preparation and refining of high-purity metal cerium,and the product has the relative purity of Ce/TREM≥99.99% and the absolute purity of 99. 961%. The process is applicable for the preparation of high-purity RE metallic reagent.
