摘要 目的 :探讨木犀草素(Luteolin)对乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB231增殖及IL-8信号通路的抑制作用。方法:采用不同浓度的Luteolin处理乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB231,观察MDA-MB231细胞的增殖、IL-8蛋白和m RNA的表达以及AKT、ERK的表达。结果:Luteolin可抑制MDA-MB231细胞的增殖和IL-8的分泌,并明显抑制IL-8对乳腺癌细胞的激活。结论:Luteolin是重要的乳腺癌抑制剂,在预防乳腺癌复发及转移中可能有重要的作用。 Objective:To study the inhibition of IL-8 signal pathway of luteolin in breast cancer cells MDA-MB231.Methods:Different concentrations of luteolin treatment of breast cancer cells MDA-MB231,observation of luteolin in breast cancer cells MDA-MB 231 cell expression of IL-8,and luteolin in breast cancer cells MDA-MB 231 IL-8 signal activation inhibition,explore the inhibition mechanism of luteolin in breast cancer cells MDA-MB 231.Results:The inhibitory effect of luteolin on breast cancer cell proliferation is significantly,luteolin can inhibit the expression of IL-8 in breast cancer cells,and significantly inhibited IL-8 activation of breast cancer cells.Conclu sion:Luteolin can inhibit breast cancer MDA-MB 231 cell proliferation,luteolin can inhibit the IL-8 signal activation of breast cancer cells show that luteolin is an important inhibitor of breast cancer,there may be important in the prevention of recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.
