摘要
目的探讨时间管理训练对高职生学业自我效能感的影响。方法将山西省某高职院校大二年级87名在校学生分成干预组和对照组,并对干预组进行为期5周的时间管理训练。结果干预后两组青少年时间管理倾向量表和学业自我效能感量表评分有显著差异(t=7.884,5.517;P<0.001);干预组干预后青少年时间管理倾向量表及学业自我效能感量表评分显著提高(t=5.767,4.171;P<0.001)。结论时间管理训练可以增强高职生的学业自我效能感。
Objective To explore the effect of time management training on improving the academic self -efficacy of the higher vocational students .Methods A total of 174 students of grade 2 in a higher vocational colleges of Shanxi province were divided into intervention group and control group ,then it's making the intervention group of time management training for five weeks .Results There were significant differences in ATMD and academic self -efficacy after the intervention between two groups (t=7.884,5.517;P〈0.001). The scores of students from intervention group about the ATMD and the academic self -efficacy were higher after the intervention than before the intervention(t=5.767,4.171;P〈0.001).Conclusion The time manage ment training can improve the academic self -efficacy of higher vocational students .
