摘要
为解决FOCKE 700S硬盒包装机内框纸在横向输送通道中产生的偏斜、变形等问题,通过分析内框纸的受力、推手形状对内框纸运动过程的影响,改进横向输送带推手,使两张内框纸输送到模盒上方时与对应烟包轨道中心重合,避免了其在纵向输送中的横向位移;采用偏心活动挡块替代弹簧片,提高了内框纸横向定位的准确性与稳定性。通过对相关功能组件进行改进,消除内框纸在横向输送通道中产生的偏斜、变形等问题,提高机组的有效作业率。
Effects of the force distribution of the inner flame and the shape of the mechanical driver on the inner frame conveying process have been investigated.In order to control the positioning and shaping of the inner frame during the conveying,the mechanical driver of the transverse conveyer was redesigned to ensure that no transverse displacement occurs during vertical transferring,eccentric moveable block is used to substitute for spring plate. The accuracy and the stability of the transverse positioning of the inner frame unit are improved.The efficiency of the packaging has been increased.
