摘要
环境保护标准作为环境保护执法和环境管理、监测、治理等工作的技术依据,在建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。基于我国当前环保标准研究现状和存在问题,本文简要介绍了国家环保标准政策和体系研究概况,提出构建新型环保标准体系策略和高效节能指标评价体系,以期为完善我国环保标准体系构建和促进环保标准国际化提供理论指导,进而为改善环境质量、推动环保产业升级提供必要技术支撑。
With the rapid development of economy and the promotion of the national urbanization, environmental pollution problems become increasingly serious, greatly threatening to the ecological environment and human health. Environmental protection standards play an irreplaceable role in the construction of resource saving and environment friendly society as the technical evidence for the environmental protection law enforcement, environmental management, monitoring and protection, etc. Based on the curreat research and existing problems of the national environmental standards, the paper briefly introduces the research on standard policies and standard systems, and proposes the new strategy of environmental standards system and evaluation system of high efficiency and energy saving index, providing the theoretical guidance for completing the construction and promoting the internationalization of environmental protection standard system, in addition, to further provide technical support for the improvement of environmental quality, and promoting the upgrade of environmental protection industry.
