摘要
为观察改良Delorme术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂的疗效，对16例成人完全性直肠脱垂患者行改良Delorme术治疗。结果显示，16例均顺利完成手术，无手术死亡病例。平均手术时间为75min（60∽110min），平均住院时间为6d（5～9d）。15例一次性手术治愈，1例在随访过程中复发，再次采用PPH治愈。结果表明，改良后的Delorme术式治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂，患者痛苦小，手术操作简便，手术时间和住院时间明显缩短，住院费用低，手术安全性高，且术后控便能力明显提高，复发率低，患者满意度高。
This study was to investigate the curative effect of improved Delorme procedure for adults com- plete proctoptosis.The 16 patients with this disease received this procedure. As results,the 16 cases were smoothly performed on, no death were from procedure; the average time for operation was 75 min（60- ll0min） ,the average time for hospitalzation was 6 days（5 9d）;among the 16 cases, 15 got primary cure, rest one got recurrence during a follow-up, then again receive PPH to cure. Results show that for adults complete proctoptosis the improved Delorme procedure has such advantages as mild pain of patients, simple and easy operation manipulation,the time for operation and hospitalzation greatly becoming shortened,low medical cost,higher safety,low recurrence rate, and better ability to control stool, thus more satisfactory degree of patients.
