摘要
上皮间质转化(EMT)指的是上皮细胞在细胞因子的影响下转化成了间质细胞,从而引起组织病理性的改变。从近年的研究成果看来,EMT在各器官的纤维化中扮演了非常重要的角色,介绍了EMT在肝胆系统纤维化过程中的各种类型、各阶段的特点和发展过程,对掌握肝脏及胆管上皮细胞EMT、纤维化的发生、终止甚至逆转有重要意义。
Epithelial - mesenchymal transition ( EMT), which means the transformation of epithelial cells into mesenchymal cells under the influence of cytokines, leading to pathological changes in tissues. According to recent research findings, EMT plays an important role in organ fibrosis. Various types of EMT in the fibrosis of hepatobiliary system, as well as the characteristics of each stage and the disease progression, are described, which is of great significance for understanding the development, termination, and even reversion of EMT and fibrosis of hepatic and biliary epithelial cells.
