Cu含量对铝合金活塞材料组织和性能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Cu Content on Microstructure and Property of Al Alloy Piston Material

摘要 采用电阻炉在780-820℃下冶炼纯度为99.85%的工业纯铝等原料.加入中间合金变质得到一定成分配比的活塞硅铝合金。改变合金中铜的含量制成相应试样,观察其显微组织随铜含量的变化,测试了试样在室温和300℃高温下的抗拉强度。结果表明:当合金中含Cu量从0%增加到1.0%、2.5%时,含Ni相由块状Al3Ni相依次变化为条带状Al3CuNi相、骨骼状的A17CthNi相;随Cu含量增加,合金的室温和300℃高温抗拉强度逐步增加。 Raw materials including 99.85% industrial pure aluminum was smelted at 780℃-820 ℃ in resistance furnace. The intermediate alloy metamorphisms were joined in for modification treatment to the piston silicon aluminum alloy of certain component proportion. The microstructure of changed copper content in the alloy and prepared corresponding samples was observed. So the tensile strength of samples at room temperature and 300℃ high temperature were tested. The results show that with Cu content increasing from 0% to 1.0%, 2.5%, containing Ni phase changes from massive Al3Ni phase into banded A13CuNi phase and bones of Al3Cu4Ni phase in alloy microstructure. With the increase of the content of Cu sample's tensile strength at room temperature and 300℃, the high temperature tensile strenth gradually increases.
