摘要
Q345B钢结构在超音速火焰喷涂Al-25%Cr-1%RE涂层前,采用多种表面预处理工艺,并进行了钢结构涂层的中性盐雾腐蚀和电化学腐蚀试验。结果表明:采用常规表面预处理后再预热处理的新型表面预处理,有利于提高钢结构涂层的耐中性盐雾腐蚀能力和耐电化学腐蚀能力;与常规表面预处理的相比,新型表面预处理可使Q345B钢结构涂层在10天中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率减少9.34%,腐蚀电位正移50.94%。其新型表面预处理的工艺优选为常规表面预处理后再(250±5)℃×30 min预热处理。
A variety of surface pretreatments for Q345B steel structure samples were adopted before high-velocity oxygen fuel spraying with AI-25%Cr-1%RE, and neutral salt-spray corrosion resistance and electrochemical corrosion resistance were tested. The results show that a new type of surface pretreatment, which is preheating treatment after common surface pretreatment, can improve neutral salt-spray corrosion resistance and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the steel structure coating, moreover, compared with common surface pretreatment, the new type of surface pretreatment can make the mass loss rate of Q345B steel structure coating in the neutral salt-spray corrosion environment for 10 d decrease by 9.34% and make corrosion potential shift to positive direction by 50.94%. And the optimized new type of surface pretreatment is that preheating treatment at the temperature of(250±5) ℃ for 30 rain after common surface pretreatment.
