摘要
目的调查枣庄市各级卫生监督机构人员基本情况及配置现状,探讨卫生监督机构人力配置合理性。方法收集2012年末枣庄市所有在职卫生监督人员基本资料和配置信息,应用SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行描述性分析。结果枣庄市共有卫生监督员206人,平均每万人口配置0.52人;监督员年龄呈偏态分布,年龄中位数为44岁,40岁以上的监督人员占66.02%;学历构成中专科学历者占50.49%,本科学历占40.78%,中专以下学历占8.25%,研究生学历仅占0.49%;专业构成中以预防医学专业为主,占50.91%,其次是医学相关专业占28.16%,法律专业占3.40%,其他专业占17.47%。结论枣庄市卫生监督人员配置总量不足,年龄偏大,高学历人才相对缺乏,需要加强人员数量配置及结构调整。
Objective To investigate the current situation of personnel at different-level health supervisory organs in Zaozhuang city of Shangdong province and explore the rationality of manpower allocation. Methods The data of on-the-job health supervision personnel in late 2012 and information of the allocation were collected.Descriptive analysis was done for the data using SPSS 18.0software. Results There were 206 health supervisors in Zaozhuang,with an average of 0.52 health supervisor per 10 000 population.The age of supervisors showed skewed distribution,the median age was 44 years,and 66.02% of them were over 40.Of whom,specialists accounted for 50.49%,university graduates accounted for 40.78%,and 8.25%lower than technical school graduate level.Postgraduates accounted for only 0.49%.With regard to the specialty,most of the health supervision personnel were specialized in preventive medicine(50.91%),followed by medicine-related specialties(28.16%),law(3.40%)and others(17.47%). Conclusion The total number of health supervisors in Zaozhuang is not sufficient and older.Highly educated personnel are deficient.The readjustment of structure and number of employees should be enhanced.
