四种变形链球菌临床菌株的生长特性和粘附率比较研究

摘要 目的探索从第三军医大学西南医院分离的四种变形链球菌临床株的生长特征和粘附能力。方法采用传统和经典的玻璃试管粘附试验方法,对四种变形链球菌临床株在玻璃试管中粘附24h、48h后的生长特性和粘附率进行统计分析比较。结果从第三军医大学西南医院分离并鉴定命名为11号临床菌株的生长速度稍快于标准株ATCC700610和1、8、14号临床菌株,但不存在显著性差异;11号临床菌株在玻璃试管上粘附24h和48h的粘附率均高于标准株ATCC700610和1、8、14号三株变形链球菌临床菌株;对四种变形链球菌临床菌株对玻璃试管粘附24h后粘附率比较,11号临床菌株和标准株ATCC700610间存在显著性差异;对四种变形链球菌临床株对玻璃试管粘附48h后粘附率比较发现,标准株ATCC700610和8号、14号临床株间差异显著,1号和8、11、14号临床菌株间差异显著。结论本次研究结果提示从第三军医大学西南医院分离鉴定并命名为11号临床菌株具有较强的粘附能力,可以为后期有关变形链球菌疫苗研发和研究提供一定的理论参考和科学依据。 Objective To compare the growth characteristics and adhering abilities of four clinical strains of streptococcus mutans isolated from Southwest Hospital of The Third Military Medical University. Methods Traditional and classical adhesion method with glass test tube was used here. The growth characteristics and adhering rates of the four strains, after being adhered to the glass tube for 24 h and 48 h, were statistically analyzed and compared. Results No.11 clinical strain, isolated and identified by Southwest Hospital of the Third Military Medical University, grew a little faster than standard strain ATCC700610, No.1, No.8 and No.14 clinical strains, not significantly,though. No.11 clinical strain,after being adhered to the glass tube for 24 h and 48 h, showed higher adhering rates than standard strain ATCC700610,No.1, No.8 and No.14 clinical strains. There was significant difference between the 24 h adhering rate of No.11 clinical strain and standard strain ATCC700610, and significant difference between the 48 h adhering rates of ATCC700610 and No.8, No.14 clinical strains, and significant difference between the 48 h adhering rates of NO.1 and NO.8, NO.11, NO.14 clinical strains. Conclusion The results suggested that the clinical strain No.11, isolated and identified by Southwest Hospital of The Third Military Medical University, had stronger adhering ability than the other, which could provide theoretical reference and scientific evidence for research and development of streptococcus mutans vaccine in future.
