摘要
目的:探讨对患儿家长进行合理的健康教育在心内膜弹力纤维增生症(EFE)患儿护理中的应用,明确其对患儿家长治疗依从性、焦虑状态及护理满意度的影响。方法:将近10年来收治的56例EFE患儿随机分为对照组24例和观察组32例,对照组仅给予EFE的常规护理干预,观察组除给予EFE常规护理干预外对患儿家属进行合理的健康教育。比较两组患儿家长对治疗的依从性、焦虑状态及护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿家长在接受健康教育后对疾病的预后及护理措施的认识程度有所提高,治疗的依从性明显改善,焦虑状态明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对EFE患儿家长进行合理的健康教育,能够提高其对治疗的依从性,缓解焦虑情绪,提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床应用。
Objective：To explore the application of health education to parents of pediatric patients with endocardial fibroelastosis （EFE） and study its impact on the treatment compliance and anxiety state of the parents and on nursing satisfaction. Methods ：56 children patients with EFE treated in recent 10 years were randomly divided into the control group （ n = 24 ） and the observation group （ n = 32 ）. The children patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention;the extra proper health education was provided for the parents besides routine nursing intervention on the children patients in the observation group. The treatment compliance and anxiety state of the parents and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results：After health education, the parents＇ awareness rate of prognosis and nursing measures significantly increased,the treatment compliance improved and anxiety state evidently alleviated in the ob- servation group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the rate of parents satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the con- trol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The appropriate health education for parents of children patients with EFE can enhance their treatment compliance, relieve anxiety and improve their satisfaction with nursing service.
