摘要
目的探讨手卫生行为干预对提高产科医护人员手卫生执行率的效果。方法选择于2013年3月至2013年11月在我院产科工作的33名医护人员为观察对象,实施手卫生干预。比较干预前后医护人员手卫生执行率的差异,以及干预后不同教育程度、工作岗位、职称、工作年限、年龄等相关因素对手卫生执行率的影响分析。结果干预前后比较,干预后手卫生执行率明显提高;学历较高、护士岗位、职称较高、工龄较长、年纪较大的人员执行率均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论手卫生行为干预可提高医护人员手卫生依从性。
Objective To study the influence of hand hygiene behavioral intervention on the improvement of obstetric staff's hand hygiene compliance. Methods 33 medical staff in the obstetrics department from March 2003 to November 2013 were selected as the testees in the experiment,and the difference of hand hygiene execution rates of medical staff before and after intervention were compared. In addition,the factors such as education degrees,jobs,titles,working experience and ages were also analyzed on how they affected the hand hygiene execution rate after the intervention. Result The hand hygiene execution rate after intervention improved significantly higher than that before the intervention. Statistic significance(P〈 0. 01) showed that the execution rate of the staff positively rose with the increase of academic degree,position,title,length of service and age. Conclusion Hand hygiene intervention could improve the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff.
