摘要
中国和非洲同属发展中快速成长的新兴力量,正在从互助共赢阶段步入面向未来的协同崛起新阶段。为此,中非双方应实施协同崛起战略,即在平等互助、互利共赢的基础上,互动交融、互为支撑、整体增强,共同成为推动全球和平与发展的新动力。中非协同崛起战略主要包括发展转型协同、产业连接协同、资源安全协同、技术转移协同、文化驱动协同、全球治理协同等,是突破合作瓶颈、拓展合作空间、推动合作转型升级、重构全球发展秩序的必然选择。
Both China and Africa are fast growing emerging economies. Their mutually beneficial and win- win cooperation is entering a new phase of collaborative rise which is geared to the future. Therefore, they should implement the strategy of collaborative rise, that is, to engage with, support and improve each other based on e^tuality, mutual benefit and win-win principle and become the new impetus to world peace and development. This strategy mainly includes creating collaboration in transformation, industrial link, resources security, technology transfer, cultural drive, and global governance. It is an inevitable choice to break through the bottleneck of cooperation, expand cooperation, promote transformation and upgrading of cooperation, and restructure the global development order.
