摘要
目的观察并探讨分析502胶水致眼部化学损伤的特点和处理方法 ,提出防治建议。方法 96例(102眼)患者采用盐酸奥布卡因滴眼液进行表面麻醉后清除结膜角膜凝结块,每日用抗生素滴眼液。结果 96例(102眼)患者眼部刺激症状消失,无并发症发生。结论 502胶水对眼的损伤本质是酸性化学伤,及早诊治处理,治疗效果满意。
Objective To observe and analyze the characteristic and treatment of ocular chemical injury caused by 502 glue, and to provide prevention proposal. Methods There were 96 cases （102 eyes） received coagulum elimination on conjunctiva and cornea after surface anesthesia by oxybuprocaine hydrochloride eye drops. Antibiotic eye drops were used every day. Results The stimulating symptom of the 96 cases （102 eyes） all disappeared, and no complications occurred. Conclusion The ocular injury caused by 502 glue is acidic chemical injury. The injury can heal well by timely treatment.
