摘要
从地区专利密度的内涵出发,构建了基于产业市场价值和就业两类产出成果的专利密度指数测度模型。利用2000—2012年东北地区34个地级市的数据计算其专利密度指数,并从时间演化和空间分布两个角度分析测度结果。在此基础上,对东北地区的34个地级市进行了类型划分。结果表明:2000—2012年期间东北地区的专利密度呈持续上升态势但增速逐渐放缓;各城市的专利密度存在明显差异,且这种差距随时间推移呈扩大趋势,两极化倾向明显;高水平稳定型城市大多是行政级别较高的城市,近1/4的城市仍采用低水平的粗放式经济发展方式。
Starting from the connotation of the conception of "regional patent intensity", this paper constructs a patent intensity index based on two types of output results. Then it calculates the patent intensity indexes of 34 prefecture-level cities in the northeast region of China by using their data during 2000-2012, and analyzes the measure results from the aspects of time evolution and space distrihution. The results show as fol- lows:the patent intensity index of northeast region takes on a raising trend during 2000-2012, but the rising speed is slowing gradually;there ex- ists the obvious difference in patent intensity among cities in northeast region, and this gad is widening, and the patent intensity become polar- ized;the cities with high and stable patent intensity index are these with high administrative level,nearly a quarter of cities in northeast region still adopt low-level extensive development pattern.
