摘要
民办高校是中国高等教育办学体制改革创新的重要成果,为促进高等教育大众化做出了积极贡献。档案管理工作是学校重要的基础性工作,对推动学校全面发展起着非常重要的作用。本文浅析了新时期民办高校档案管理人员应具备的素质,并就如何提高档案管理人员素质,提出了若干对策和建议。
The private college, as an important achievement of the reform and innovation on the college-running system of China＇s higher education, has made positive contributions to promoting the popularization of higher education. Archives management is an important basic work for a college, and it plays a very important role in promoting the comprehensive development of the college. This paper briefly analyzes qualities private college archives management personnel should possess in the new period, and proposes several countermeasures and suggestions on the im-provement of their qualities.
