摘要
党的十八大提出要建设学习型、服务型、创新型政党,高校基层教工党支部书记作为基层党组织的班长、大拇指、泉眼,理应争做学习型、服务型、创新型的党员表率。要实现这一目标,不仅高校基层教工党支部书记自身要勤学习、善思考、重实干;高校党委也要积极建立选拔、培养、激励机制,为其构建各类平台,鼓励实干,激发创新。
The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC proposed the construction of a learning, service-oriented and innovative political party. secretaries for university grassroots teaching staff Party branches, as the leaders of grassroots Party organizations, should strive to set an example for learning, service-oriented and innovation Party members. To achieve the goal, the secretaries themselves should study hard, be adept at thinking and lay em-phasis on practice; university Party committees should actively establish a selection, cultivation and incentive mechanism, so as to construct multiple platforms to encourage their practice and stimulate their innovation.
