摘要
利用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、正硅酸乙酯(Si-28)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)的受控水解反应制备了含有丙烯酰氧基团的聚硅氧烷预聚体,对合成的预聚物进行红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱表征。结果表明:所得预聚物分子中含有大量的活性基团(羟基与不饱和双键基团),可进行紫外光引发固化。同时考察了反应原料用量对硅氧烷预聚体及其固化后性能的影响,结果显示,随着六甲基二硅氧烷用量的增加其热稳定性逐渐降低。
UV-curable acrylate polysiloxane prepolymer was synthesized via hydrolysis of γ-methacryloxypropyltri- methoxysilane (KH-570),tetraethyl orthosilicate (Si-28), and hexamethyldisiloxane by controlling the amount of water. The prepolymers were characterized by FT-IR and^1 HNMR. The results indicated that the prepolymer contained great amount of active groups (hydroxyl and Unsaturated double bonds), and it can be UV curabled. The properties of resulting products also were discussed by changing the quantity of the raw materials. The measurement results showed that the ther real stability of the products decreased with the MM increasing.
