摘要
采用熔融共混工艺制备了马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)共混改性聚乳酸(PLA)/中空玻璃微珠(HGB)复合材料,考察了PP-g-MAH含量对复合体系的微观结构、力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:PP-g-MAH改善了HGB与PLA之间的相容性,增强了两者的界面结合。随着PP-g-MAH的质量分数增加,抗拉强度、弹性模量和冲击韧性均先上升后降低,而断裂伸长率的变化趋势正好相反。PP-g-MAH的引入使体系的热分解温度向高温区偏移,改善了PLA/HGB复合材料的热稳定性。
Poly (lactic acid)/hollow glass beads (PLA/HGB) composites modified with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) were prepared using molten process. The effect of PP-g-MAH content on the morphology,mechanical and thermal properties of the composite were investigated. The results showed that the interfacial adhesion between SGF and PP was enhanced significantly when PP-g-MAH added as compatibilizer. With the increment of PP-g-MAH, the tensile strength and elastic modulus as well as impact toughness were increased and then declined. However, the contrary trend of elongation at break was exhibited. The existence of PP-g-MAH bringed on a positive impact on the thermal stability of the composite with the evidence of thermo-decomposing temperature shifting to high temperature zone obviously.
